Welcome to Roger's House!
Roger Neilson's legacy has been strengthened by the construction and opening of Roger's House - a dream that turned into a reality in just 2 years thanks to the generosity, compassion and support of thousands of people. Located on CHEO grounds, Roger's House provides a "home away from home" for children with life-limiting illnesses and their families. We would like to thank the leadership of the Sens Foundation and CHEO in making Roger's House a reality. Our ongoing partnership with both of these excellent organizations strengthens the service we are able to provide our families.
Congratulations to the following RNs from Roger's House who recently passed the Canadian Nurses Association's special certification in Hospice Palliative Care Nursing:
Marion Rattray, Lynn Grandmaison-Dumond, Anne Jones, Barb Cummings, Jan Mingie, Sarah Bolton and Nancy Graham.
Through their many hours of study over the past many months these nurses have demonstrated a high level of commitment to continued learning and service excellence to our families. Congratulations to you all!
