Personal Support Workers:
Working as part of the interdisciplinary team, the personal support workers perform a variety of environmental and food preparation activities to ensure a clean and safe environment for guests, families, staff and volunteers. They may assist nurses with some aspects of guest care

Nurses and Registered Practical Nurses:
The nurses working within the interdisciplinary team are responsible for assessing, planning, delivering and evaluating nursing care to palliative care guests.

Palliative Care Program Physicians: Dr. William Splinter, Dr. Louise Coulombe, Dr. Ben Robert, Dr. Christina Vadeboncoeur
The physicians are part of the CHEO Palliative Care Outreach providing 24-7 days a week on-call and in-house consultation for families and medical team, clinical resource to CHEO Palliative Care Program, pain and symptom management specialists.

Admissions Coordinator: Nancy Graham
The Admissions Coordinator serves as a contact point for guests and families wishing to book a stay at Roger’s House. She communicates with families to ensure that the team can provide optimal care to meet each guest’s unique needs. She ensures the needs of all our guests and families are met in a fair and timely fashion.

Child Life Specialist: Nora Ullyot
The role of the Child Life Specialist includes the development of recreational, diversion and therapeutic play activities for children as well as facilitating educational activities. The child life specialist is also involved in legacy building, bereavement support, school outreach and milestone celebrations.

Social Worker: Joanne Doucette
The social worker provides education and support to health professionals, children/youth, and families experiencing life-threatening illnesses and end of life issues. She provides counseling, grief and bereavement support and acts as a liaison with social service organizations and provides assistance with access to community resources.

Advanced Practice Nurse CHEO Palliative Care Program: Lynn Grandmaison Dumond
Working as part of the interdisciplinary team, the APN provides support and education for children/youth, families, the community and staff in a family centered environment.

Spiritual Support: Gerardo Quintanar
Spiritual support services can be consulted to promote spiritual and emotional well-being for guests, families, staff and volunteers. Spiritual support is available to all families of every religion and culture.

Bioethicist: Michelle Mullen
The role of the bioethicist on the Palliative Care team is to respond to situations of ethical distress arising in palliative care access, identify ethical issues and tools to help support decision-making.

Pharmacist: Régis Vaillancourt
The pharmacist acts as a pain and symptom management resource for health professionals at CHEO, Roger's House and in the community. He provides education to children/youth, families, staff and the community partners and is a liaison with other pharmacies in the community.

Coordinator of Volunteer Services: Lise Beauchemin
The coordinator is responsible for volunteers' involvement in day-to-day activities and guest interactions at Roger's House. Her role includes recruitment, screening, training, support and evaluation of Roger's House volunteers. The coordinator liaises between staff, volunteers, guests and families to optimize volunteer services.

Administrative Assistant: Diane Lanthier
The administrative assistant provides clerical and administrative support at Roger's House.

Manager CHEO Palliative Care Program and Roger's House: Marion Rattray
The manager works with the interdisciplinary team in the development, creation and monitoring of the various programs.

Executive Director: Lloyd Cowin
The executive director is responsible for all aspects of the operation of Roger's House and the Roger's House Program.
